The Victorian Government has released Hospitality Industry Guidelines for Coronavirus (COVID 19) to assist cafes, restaurants and other food and drink facilities to resume serving meals. The Victorian Government, through the Department of Education and Training (the Department), has developed a short, free Return to Work online training module to help hospitality businesses get ready to resume operations safely in accordance with the easing of restrictions, while also ensuring that the members of the public feel confident that their health and safety is being protected. All staff and managers are encouraged to complete the Return to Work training module, including ensuring that at least one staff member at each venue has completed it.

Any personal information collected by the Department is protected in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).

This privacy collection notice tells you about the ways your personal information will be collected and handled if you register for Return to Work training.
